Christmas with kids part 3

One fun Christmas morning Mom dragged us to Washington's Crossing to see the reenactmanent of Washington crossing the Delaware. I thought it was a terrible thing to have to do on Christmas day. Of course it was a wonderful thing and an example of all the things Mom "forced" us to do that we ended up really enjoying. I loved taking my kids here this past year, but unfortunately there were no Revolutionary Soldiers about. I'm glad my kids didn't moan like I'm sure I did when I went!!

Christmas with kids part 2

This was from1981 at Grandma's house for their 50th anniversary. Paul and Jonathan Fish joined with Jason and Sandee for this cute photo.

Mom's passing out taco shells to hungry folks here. I can't imagine how long Mom was in the kitchen frying up those tacos!! YUM~

Christmas with kids

Christmas was always so much more fun with little kids. I used to love it when Jeff and Lisa and kids would come over. I don't have the date written on this photo, but you can see Andy and Diane's wedding photo on the mantle, so I'm guessing it was '86 or '87. Who was taking the picture? My mission camera had a self timer, so maybe that was it. Mom had a great way to make Christmas fun. We always bought a big bushy tree and I loved to arrange our holiday decorations. Thanks for great memories, Mom!
